Everplans: Under construction

In addition to the overall brand refresh, I led a prominent dashboard redesign. The dashboard redesign included the roll-out of a major new product feature: The Everplans Score. The score was ideated and implemented to increase engagement and platform proposition while also improving the user experience by providing a direct way to measure standing. There were many explorations and development restrictions, and the top dashboard is the option that the executive team decided to roll out for v1.

When I joined Everplans in 2021, there was an untapped opportunity on the table to combine the brand’s decades’ worth of editorial content with its digital vault to truly empower users to get and stay organized. I strongly advocated for this and made it happen. I also strategized, designed for, and helped implement a new user-facing score to serve like a credit score but for gauging the organization standing. This was paired with a new user guidance program as shown above.

Working through numerous barriers with the engineering team and changes from initial conception, this is an example of the beta of the first mission I created using existing iOS forms and combining elements of the flow.
Guidance on mobile
In addition to D2C, Everplans catered to professionals in various sectors, including HR. The Blitz campaign in the summer of 2024 sought to connect HR managers to Everplans’ offering through empathic and real-life examples of things we all go through. These were examples of campaign social posts I created.
